HE Union Ministry for Commerce Dr.Than Myint met on Tuesday with HE Qatar's Ambassador to Myanmar, Hassan bin Mohammed Rafei Al Emadi.

HE Union Minister for Labour, Immigration and Population U Thein Swe met on Tuesday with HE Qatar's Ambassador to Myanmar, Hassan bin Mohammed Rafei Al Emadi.

The Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has said that his country is ready for dialogue to resolve a diplomatic crisis with a Saudi-led group, but stressed that any solution to the crisis must respect his country's sovereignty.

All the measures taken by blockading countries against Qatar were built on fabrications that were started by hacking the website of the official Qatar News Agency and attributing to HH the Emir of Qatar fabricated statements, then by attacking Qatar through false news and orchestrated smearing media campaign.

The accusations the blockading countries that the State of Qatar supports terrorism are completely false, devoid of any proofs or evidence and absurd. The State of Qatar hosts the central command base of the Global Coalition Against "Daesh" and all other terrorist groups.

Chairman of the Legislative, Legal and Special Issues Committee of the Parliament of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar HE Thura U Shwe Mann, and Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labor, Immigration and Population HE Myo Aung met separately with Qatar's Ambassador to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar HE Hassan bin Mohamed Rafea Al Emadi.

Myanmar's State Counsellor and Foreign Minister, Aung San Suu Kyi, on Wednesday received a written message from HE Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani, pertaining to bilateral relations between the two countries and means of boosting and developing them.

HE General Min Aung Hlaing, Commander-in-Chief of the Army Forces of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, met with His Excellency Hassan bin Mohammed Rafei Al Emadi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

HE the Prime Minister and Minister of interior Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al -Thani has sent a written message to Federal Minister for Home Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar Lt. General Kyaw Swe , on relations between the two countries and ways of enhancing them.

President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar Thein Sein met here Sunday with HE Qatar's Ambassador to Myanmar Hassan bin Mohammad Rafi Al Emadi.
