President Thein Sein of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar met at the presidential palace in the capital city of Naypyidaw, the credentials of HE Hassan bin Mohammed Rafei Al-Emadi, as the first Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
